The service
String Cortex is provided by StringHub. It works with Claude Code and is not made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic. Your use of Claude and Claude Code remains subject to Anthropic’s own terms.
Accounts
Company admins are responsible for the logins they create and the settings they roll out; each person keeps their own Claude Code token confidential.
Your data
Your company owns the conversations it stores. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for conversations your company is entitled to collect, and in line with applicable law and your own policies towards employees.
Fees
Fees are set out in your order or quote. Prices on the pricing page are indicative.
