Data we process for customers
When a company uses String Cortex, we process on its behalf the Claude Code prompts and replies sent by its connected people, token usage, the Claude account identifiers needed to link conversations to people, device details, and the logins of its admins and employees. The company decides who may access this data.
Data we collect on this website
- Details you send through the contact form, used only to reply to you.
- Your colour theme choice, kept in your own browser.
- This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
How we protect data

Retention and deletion
Customer data is kept for as long as the customer’s agreement requires, and can be deleted by the customer or on request.
